All I Want For Christmas
Christmas time in my household is a very hard time. December 20, 1997 my grandmother
passed away after a long struggle with ovarian cancer. My mother normally has a very hard time
with Christmas because of this, and also has a very hard time because my brother lives back in
Idaho so the past few years he has been unable to come out for Christmas. This past Christmas
(2014 Christmas) I think this was the first time I have seen her be so happy. This year she not
only was able to spend it with our lovely family (excluding my brother), but that year, she
became a grandmother herself. She loved being able to be a part of my son’s first Christmas (yes,
she did spoil the crap out of him.) She, also, was pretty spoiled this year. My boyfriend and I
