Alien Autopsy
The method that I am going to use to analysis the documentary film Alien Autopsy: Fact
or Fiction by Tom McGough is the “Tagmemicist” method. Do you believe that there are other
species that live somewhere out there in the universe that we didn’t know? For me, I am always
believe that there are other living species living elsewhere in other planet that we haven’t
discovery yet. It is very possible that there are extraterrestrial life on other planets in the
universe. In the documentary film, Alien Autopsy: Fact or Fiction, the author walked us through
a film footage that showed a medical examination and dissection of a body that was believed to
be the body of an Alien. The film footage was supplied to the author by a retired military
cameraman who wished to be anonymous. The film footage showed an autopsy on the body of
an extraterrestrial life believed to be found from the crash of “UFO flying disc” at Roswell, New
Mexico on June 2, 1947. Throughout the documentary the author brought in experts to interview
on authenticity of the film, but also bring in people who witnessed the events or told by the
people who witnessed it to give the viewer’s more information. The author believe that the
government must have been covered up the “flying disc” crashed from their civilians. Due to the
facts that until nowadays people are still unable to have access to what really happened at
Roswell, Mexico on June 2, 1947. The government only tell the people that it is just the crashed
of a weather balloon. It also raised the question within all the viewers “whether or not we are not
alone in this universe?” The author also presented views on both sides of the events and leave the
viewers to decide whether or not this is real.

I started to get really interested in the documentary at the very beginning because I am
always interested in the events that connect to the aliens and evidences that show aliens may be
existing. Throughout watching the documentary, Alien Autopsy: Fact or Fiction, it reminded me
of the Ancient Aliens series by the History Channel. Both of them raised the question of whether
or not aliens really exist and that our planet, the Earth, have been visited by aliens before. The
issue started to get into me much more when actually bring in people who are close to the
witnesses that believed to see the aliens. Also, what really interesting and become meaningful to
me in this documentary was the film footage of the autopsy. Throughout the film footage the
author interview different experts from different area from film maker to special effects make-up
artist to break down the film footage for us to understand more. In the documentary, it was
