Alcohol Sale and Service
When regulating whether a manager wants to assist alcohol at their business, there are a
combine of things that are necessary to happen before doing so, as a manager there are
government regulations regarding sale and service of alcohol, permits and license, laws and
regulations , purchasing service and maintenance of records and taxation. The state I’ve chose to
pick is New York, you must be 21 years of age to consumer alcohol at the age of 18 a person
may work as a bartender to serve alcohol in a restaurant and work in a liquor store if supervised
by someone over 21. In 1934, after the prohibition against the sale and distribution of alcoholic
beverages was repealed by the 21st Amendment to the United States Constitution, New York
