subsystems) to achieve its true purpose. The subsystems include inputs
that proceed through a variety of process to produce certain output that
achieve the purpose of the system together. The study of system itself is
important because our daily life is almost like a system. For better
illustration, think of the subsystem as a mixer. Together with other
subsystem (oven, spoon, etc) they will create an raw material such as
eggs, flour, milk, etc (input) into a delicious cake (output)
As for goal conflict, an event that happens when one or more subsystem
failed to do their task to generate input or produce the output therefore a
failure in achieving the system goal as a whole. So what happens if you
already mix the ingredient, but you don’t have the oven? A cake will not
be bake. Surely nobody would want a raw cake. This explains how
important a subsystem as a part of system.
And lastly, goal congruence is an event where the system goal that
already achieved contributes to all other goals. Say that when we already
