After School Activities
What is an after school activity? An after-school activity is any organized program which
invites youth to partake outside of the ordinary school day. After school activities include sports,
performing arts, creative arts, academic enrichment, outdoor education, financial literacy, and
extracurricular activities. Schools in the U.S. normally provide these activities, but other
