in 2016．More and more people start to familiar with Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. On
debate, two of them present a funny political show. They are old friends, and have knew each
other since William Clinton was the president of united states. Neither group spread negative
news of opposite people’s scandal and attract each other by different language style. Lie is high
frequency words on their mouse. They argue each other liar, however, on their face, they seem to
accept this words and did not care about it. Did they think liar is words of praise? Also, current
president Obama lie to American people. He promised he will change the police and lower the
tax rate. American people will have better life ever. Even he spent several million dollars to kill
Ben laden, he did not change much citizen’s life, instead people’s life become poor, many
factories were shut down, and many American soldiers were died from the war. Is it common
phenomenon that the American leader or president are not integrity to the public? Don’t
they think that integrity is number one quality which a successful leader should have. In fact,

The teacher is a leader because the teacher leads students to be success on academic. When we
think about what teacher’s leadership is, the leadership of teachers is academic leadership. people
are easy to mix up leader and manager, however they are different. A leader motivates the people
to work with happies. However, the manager gave deadline to push their employee work hard
and stimulate them to make more money for their company or organization. A leader focus on
the process of work and enjoy it. however, the manage cares more about the result and doesn’t
