To the Management of ABC Company:
Express Auditor has reviewed the flow chart representing the payment processing
activity, specifically regarding the payment approval process and noncompliance with the Limits
of Authority while approving payments. And wish to draw to ABC company management’s
attention to the importance of two documents, viz., “Limits of Authority” and “Delegation of
Duties” (Oviawe, E. 2015) for all functions and process within your organization which should
be drafted, and approved by the Board. It is even more important that these documents are
current, and the current version of these documents are circulated to all Department Heads and
their staff.
