attention on the unique characteristics of successful leader. Illustrate and prove why the traits of
determination create an effective leadership. Support your answers with three (3) points each and

Trait of determination creates an effective leadership. Firstly, trait of determination means
that a person is always concentrating and diligent with his or her duty. This trait is highly important
for a leader because a leader must always stay focus at the goals set for the team to ensure that the
team stay aligned with the goal and also making sure that the leader will never neglect his or her duty
set upon oneself to ensure that the whole team also stay attentive to the tasks that have been
assigned to each of the members. For example, a leader with determination trait will be very
determined in achieving the target and hence, he will be focusing on the goal by always reexamine
the progress of the team to make sure that the progress is as expected and planned.
Secondly, trait of determination means that a person is always aware of the target and knows
how he or she can get to the target with a proper plan. This trait is crucial for a leader because a leader
must not only know where is the goal for the team located but also have the skill to make a proper
planning in order to achieve the goal. For example, a leader with determination trait will be able to
identify appropriate milestones for the team in order to make sure that there is continuous growth
for the team while making proper plan for the team to follow in order to achieve the milestone.
Thirdly, trait of determination means that a person is always motivated to get a job done. This
trait is essential for a leader because a leader must be aware that there are always challenges that
need to be overcome whenever the team is working hard to achieve a certain objective and the leader
must be capable to always motivate not only oneself but the whole team in order to stay persistent in
finding ways to resolve the problems. For example, a leader with determination trait will be able to
