Hello Sasha,
I have recently looked over the appraisal done of my home and it seems to be incorrectly
calculated. I found that the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the calculations of the square
footage was calculated incorrectly. In order to correct the appraisal, I took some notes during
that day when the appraiser was here. If you could review them, that would be great.
