Pfizer is a global pharmaceutical company that are trying to help
employees be more efficient and effective. So, what did pfizer do with its
pfizerworks? There a lot of skilled employees time was wasted on routine tasks
and 20%- 40% of employees time was used on supporting work such as
powerpoints. The company start to find the solution to this problem to increase
their efficiency and effectiveness when they found “magic button”. With this
“magic button” it will let people outside the company to help and perform the
routine task such powerpoint, creating documents and others supporting works.
