QUOTE: A KEY TO ACHIEVING SUCCESS IS TO ASSEMBLE A STRONG AND STABLE
MANAGEMENT TEAM.
In a business environment, to be successful requires many factors. It can be the excellence of
the leadership; solidarity and enthusiasm of the staff. Moreover, the most important factor
that cannot be mentioned is the harmony between superiors and subordinates. It is clearly that
no one can get any task in a company done alone without a team, everyone needs each other
to get everything done. That is the reason why Vivek Wadhwa once said, “The key to achieving
success is to assemble a strong and stable management team.”
In my speech, i will divide this quote into two part. First of all, I am going to talk about why we
need a strong management team which is one of the factors lead to the success of a company
and then I will give you an example to help you guys can understand clearly.
One of the most important facets of a business is organization. With a good team in place,
everything in your firm will be organized at all times. This will allow smooth running of
operations no matter the external influence that is affecting the firm. A strong team for me
doesn’t mean we gather a group of the most excellent members ever, like the Avengers. It
means we have people who can connect with each other, have the same vibe to work
