Corporate Social Responsibility:
A Key Element to Attaining Company’s Financial Success
Nowadays, companies focus more on the side of their business where profits are
most important other than other factors. Such factors can be employee’s satisfaction,
business’ interaction with customers, company’s ranking among other companies who
sell the same products, and the industry’s role in contributing to the country’s economy.
Some entrepreneurs do not see one essential factor in running a business and
maintaining it’s good relationship with customers Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
wherein “a company operates in an ethical and sustainable way and deals with its
environmental and social impacts” (Collier, 2018). Although Social Responsibility is not
required for businesses to continue their operation, it is vital to the company’s success
when it practices social responsibility.
According to a survey conducted by Forbes, “83% of consumers think companies
should support charities and nonprofits with financial donations(Reeves, 2010). CSR is
