A good leader may be defining in several ways. To one company or its employer a good
leader may be one who gives free health insurance, 1 hour lunches, or even someone who
lets you come in whenever you schedule yourself for. While another person may view a
good leader as one who is dedicated to their employee and who wouldn’t mind going the
extra mile to show just how much they care. A good leader doesn’t have just one definition.
It is a compilation of multiple characteristics. It is one who is able to direct their team and
allow for company growth whilst they reinforce company core valuations and goals. Now
because this individual is busy directing their company doesn’t mean they can’t
simultaneously show compassion and care towards employees. A good leader balances
these characteristics without omitting their duties as a leader. Customer service is always
the key in any establishment. If the establishment cannot offer excellent customer service,
then that company would suffer in every way possible. If customers don’t want to come to
