It is true that providing extra services on top of what customers
expect will leave the customers much more satisfied. When
performance exceeds desired service, customers will be very pleased
and they will probably recommend your service to others through
word of mouth communication. This will help you to gain more
customers and profit as well. There are advantages and
disadvantages to offering the customers extra services. This is why
you should consider carefully.
However, your employees will have to spend extra time doing those
extra services and this means having to add the employee's salary too
seeing that cleaners usually get paid by how many hours they work.
