In today’s world technology is a fact of life. We have the ability to communicate instantly with
people around the world as well as share informa1on with just the click of a bu4on. We can do
this with the use of computers. They are an important tool in the life of an average college
student. Many will 5nd that trying to a4end school without one is just about impossible. The
most prac1cal form of computer for these individuals is the ever portable laptop computer. With
a laptop, students can take notes in class, submit assignments online, access the vast depths of
the internet for research, communicate with their professors through email, and a number of
other important tasks. While many students today grew up around computers and know a thing
or two about them, they may not know which computer will give them the best performance for
their money.
Purchasing a new laptop computer is something that should not be taken lightly. Since these
devices can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars for a good piece of equipment, it is important
for students to understand what features they should look for and which ones they should skip.
