A Comparative Analysis on Mill and Kant’s View on Moral Evaluation
Mill and Kant are some of the most influential modern philosophers ever. As the
two have similar theories on a lot of topics, there is one subject where they have
differing views. This is on the subject of how they see the effects that consequences
have on when it comes to moral evaluation. Mill believes in the ideology of utilitarianism
and ties in his views of consequentialism to do moral evaluation on people’s actions.
