Question 2

According to me, the possible compromise solution could be that the city council should

provide SunCal with another site adjacent to the special resort district for the housing

purpose and Disney must provide a 20-30% hike in its employees’ salaries. As the special

resort district is spread across just two square miles so commuting 2 miles daily either side

would not be of much difficulty and for that purpose new environmentally friendly public

transport could also be started. The new salary hike will please the employees at a very

insignificant cost to the Disney in comparison to the future gains from this solution or to

its past profits.
