“A Boy’s Life” was a very interesting film. The documentary looked into
several illness through out the entire family. The three concepts I saw while
watching this documentary were aggression, nature vs. nurture and
expectations.
Grandmother Anna raised Robert and his youngest brother, Benji, since
their mother, Robanna, felt as if she couldn’t provide for her children.
Examples of nature vs. nurture started with Robanna, who only thought that
she couldn’t provide because her family mainly thought that her mother was a
better provider. Although, the family believed such foolishness because it was
clear through out the entire film that Anna was the one with the problem but
was convince that it was poor Robert. She was a emotional and psychological
