What aspects of the non-English styles (Spanish, Dutch, French) show a
different mindset from that of the English settlers? (That is, what values or
priorities are different?)
The mindsets of the Spanish, Dutch, and French were much different than
that of English settlers. They all had unique styles, techniques, or cultural beliefs
that helped shaped their styles.
First, English settlers took an approach of simplicity. They settled in an
area consisted of mainly people that spoke Algonkian. From encountering with
