Study Abroad Guest Agreement
Although I am not enrolled as a participant in the spring break 2017 Thunderbird in Hong Kong study
abroad program (the Program) offered by Arizona State University (ASU), I am accompanying Carina
Flores to the Program site(s) for some or all of the Program duration. I understand that my participation
in any Program activities is strictly voluntary.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any Program activities, including travel, I
understand, agree and represent as follows:
1. As a guest of the Program, I am subject to the rules, regulations and requirements of the Program,
as well as to the rules, regulations and requirements of ASU and of any cooperating university and/or
institution associated with the Program (collectively, the “Rules”). It is my responsibility to know,
recognize and comply with the Rules at all times and I agree to do so.
2. I am responsible for knowing, recognizing and abiding by the regulations and policies set forth in the
ABOR Code of Conduct (see Definitions and Prohibited Conduct).
3. If I have a minor child accompanying me to, at and/or during the Program site/activities, including travel
to the site, I acknowledge and agree that the foregoing applies to the minor child in an applicable manner
as it does to me; and I understand and agree that the noted responsibilities are assumed by me on behalf
of my minor child.
