Dear Minx Employees:
We are thankful to have you in our workforce. Without you we wouldn’t be the
company we are. Our company depends directly from our employees. As you all know,
we always had a 10,000$ bonus for an employee as an incentive. This year we will not
give it away. We are suffering a shortage of money because of a product that didn’t met
the requirements in order to be bought.
Consequently, the perks of the chef, the yoga classes, and acupuncture will be removed.
As a company, we think in our employees first. Because of this we have decided to
remove the perks rather than letting go some of you. Your worth to the company is
more important than any other thing.
These perks might return in a near future, but for now we should work together to keep
the company functional.
