It’s a very basic coffee shop with a limited menu. Very friendly staff. I felt very welcomed when I visited
the place. The owner was working at that time and wanted to make sure that everyone is welcomed and
helped with a great customer service experience. Something makes this place different that you order
your coffee and they bring it to you at your table so you don’t have to wait by the counter to get your
order.
Their customers are 75% grad students. It’s very friendly place and a good place to go study, social with
other people or just enjoy a cup of coffee while finishing some work.
Communication
In addition to the owners, they have 5 more employees. They communicate with each other mainly
through calls and texts. What’s App is one of the main methods they use to text. Sometimes they use
emails also to communicate and share some updates.
They also use the same app to call their supplier in El Salvador to place orders every week. With the
technology nowadays and everyone has an internet connection it makes it easier to communicate and
save money in international calls.
Advertising
They have a great location downtown and close to most of the students. They coffee shop advertises for
itself. Also, they depend in mouth to mouth advertising. They encourage their customers to tell their
friends and family about the place and if you bring more customers, they will offer you discounts.
In addition to their very well designed website, they use their Facebook page to communicate with their
