In the TED talk video, Ms. Wright explains her experiences growing up as a child all the way
through adulthood, discovering herself and her sexual identity. She believed that most people put
others into small boxes, that there is no in between and there is no true variety. However, we are
human beings and we come in all shapes, sizes, race, environment, etc. She viewed herself as a
boy, then a girl, then just a tomboy who enjoyed girly things. She believes many people are this
way, they identify as a male or female but have a wide range of masculinity or femininity. You
