Book Report
Part 1.
The book I read for the book report assignment was the 5 Love Languages by Gary
Chapman. I enjoyed reading this book as Chapman individually explained each of the languages
of love. The five love languages are; Words of affirmation, Quality time, Receiving gifts, Acts of
service, and Physical tough. Every person receives love and speaks love differently. The
importance is to find the love language you want to receive and find the love language your
significant lover wants to receive so you know how to connect with that person.
Words of affirmation can come in many ways, Chapman guides us on how to properly
execute the language. When we are speaking to a person that has a love language of words of
affirmation we need to not only say thank you, but thank you for a specific task they performed. I
would not tell someone that receives love through words of affirmation a simple thank you, I
would say thank you for vacuuming the down stairs living room it looks fantastic. The extra
