Teaching through the Use of Creative Curriculum
Every concept you teach requires you to meet the needs of all students in your classroom.
It is important to create lessons that are both age-appropriate and engaging. In this paper, I will
develop lessons with clear objectives and adaptations based on Jean Piaget’s High Scope
Curriculum. I will also touch on the emotions of children in my 1st grade classroom as well as
strategies I may use to help them work through these emotions. Lastly, I will share my ethics
and personal views of right and wrong in terms of teaching.
Part A
The Creative Curriculum peaked my interest. For this reason, I decided to create an
