Abstract (Nadou)
Jack Taylor is the founder of Enterprise. He started the company in 1957 in his basement
as a car dealership in St Louis in the USA. Enterprise is the largest transportation rent a car
provider, and they also sale car, rent out truck, as well offer car sharing to customers. The
Enterprise company is in over 85 countries and has more than 7,600 location worldwide. To
better serve their customer, they offer to niche customer service and a reliable service. Enterprise
currently have more than 6500 people working under there management. Their employees go
through a very intensive training in order for them to be properly prepare to serve their customer
according to the company rule and regulation. In order to be head of their competition,
Enterprise has expand it service to meet need customer by providing replacement cars for
accident, short-term holiday rentals for breaks and special occasion. In this paper we will look
into Enterprise management process, human resources, their culture diversity, as well as their
recruitment process.
