– The advantages to the way Down Home company organizes their business is tax
benefits, and legal protection for each party.

– There are no disadvantages to the way Down Home company organizes their company
because it is set up perfectly and is designed for the way the business is run.

– Yes, publicly traded companies are worth more money with a huger perceived value
as well.

– The gratest challenege was having time. Having the time to start and knowing when it
was the right time to start this company.

– The advice would be to stay patient, do your research, and surround yourself with
