1. Describe Gore’s global organizational design challenge
Answer:
Gore’s worldwide design challenge was based on their underlying hierarchical setting. Gore
needed an organization that would advance flexibility for everybody. It had confidence in the
intensity of individuals if they somehow happened to be allowed flexibility, satisfaction and
inspiration. Besides, it also upheld for small teams inside the association. Small teams were easy
to oversee in the free condition while they advanced coordination of the several groups present.
