of development, every year has different situation, according to the background of our
company, smart phone fields, development of local/international market and our products
features, we used the different strategies for several of situations. So the company has
different short term strategies that contribute to keep Y-3 Company stay in the competitive
position and survive in the society. Different short-term strategies also help Y-3 company
to develop sustainably in the future.

For the first year, Y-3 is a new company for smart phone market; product quality is the
most essential thing for this brand. Y-3 try to build a middle high level brand in customers
mind, Y-3 invested much money on technological development and ads. For product
development, Y-3 put great efforts on product technological development, product package
design and advertising design. Y-3 believes that wonderful quality will bring great memory
and experience for customers.

In 2011, Y-3 had good performance in sales and quality of product, but the comprehensive
performance still not good enough. Therefore the main strategy was Enterprise
Comprehensive Development Strategy in 2012. Y-3 expanded scale of production,
increased productivity, enhanced human resource management, exploited new
international market and choose Australian suppler as main supplier for reputation. These
activities promoted Y-3 comprehensive power remarkably.

Talent Development Strategy
In 2012, Y-3 achieved great comprehensive performance successfully. However, the talents
became very necessary when Y-3 growing so fast. Talent Development Strategy was the
main target in 2013. Y-3 focused on recruiting smart, wisdom and experienced staffs and
